Color: limpid, deep ruby wine with purple rim.
Scent: intense, persistent, fine and complex, with varietal, fruity, balsamic and spicy scents of mountain hay, ripe plum and blackcurrant, cinnamon and wood.
Taste: dry, fresh, full-bodied, properly astringent, warm, full but slim, persistent, with a bitterish ground.
Aftertaste: tannic hint and notes of fruit, vegetables and spices.
